Studio Rules and Policies

The Photography Loft House Rules

Respect the space: Treat the studio and equipment with care. Handle all equipment responsibly to avoid any damage.

Clean up after yourself: Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Remove all personal belongings, props, and trash at the end of your session. This also include any necessary sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down props and/or equipment.

• If you use the newborn studio or any newborn props please be sure that you put all used and soiled fabric items in the hamper provided in the newborn studio closet.

• If you bring your own newborn props and still use some from the newborn prop closet or newborn room please be sure to keep our items separate so that they can be cleaned and returned back to the newborn client closet for others to use.

• If you use any gowns from the Client Closet please be sure they are put in the hamper provided in the dressing room when finished. Please notify us of any damage or spots that may need treatment.

No food or drinks near equipment: Keep food and beverages away from the equipment to prevent accidents or damage. There is a designated area for breaks and refreshments.

• No smoking or drinking in the studio.

Guests and clients: Inform the studio management in advance if you plan to have guests or clients present during your session. Ensure they follow the studio rules as well.

Time management: Start and end your session on time to avoid delays for other bookings. Please do not go over your scheduled session time. Notify the studio if you require additional time. You must include set-up, tear down and clean up time during your rental. We do give you an addition 30 mins in your scheduled time to go towards set up and clean up.

Safety first: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the studio. Be cautious when handling electrical equipment and be aware of emergency exits and fire extinguishers. Please unplug all equipment when not in use and when your session is complete.

Noise level: Keep noise levels at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing others in the studio building. Be considerate of other artists and businesses nearby.

Studio equipment usage: Properly handle and operate all studio equipment. Seek assistance if you are unsure about any equipment operation or setup.

Damage or issues: Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to the studio management immediately. Do not attempt to fix equipment on your own.

Absolutely no candles or fires in studio at anytime.

• You will be held liable for any damages to the studio during your session. Please report any damages, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to management. If it is reported by the following person you may be held responsible for the damages.

  • Failure to comply with these studio rules may result in additional charges or future booking restrictions. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and creative environment for all.
