Do I need to rent the whole Studio?

One of the perks to The Photography Loft is that you have the whole studio to yourself. The way that the studio is currently laid out, it works best for photographer and client to have the whole studio space to their selfs . The studio rental rate is a flat rate for the whole studio space, That space includes the lounge area, studio rooms A and B as well as the equipment closet and the dressing room.

Can I bring my own props, backdrops, equipment and client closet?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own gear, props and client closet. We like to have other props, backdrops, equipment and a client closet to help you bring your vision to life. They are defiantly optional and there for you to use if you’d like.

What if my clients are running late?

While we definably encourage you to emphasize the importance of being on time with your clients, we also understand that sometime things outside of our control happen and that’s why we at The Photography Loft add 30 minutes to your scheduled time, this acts as a grace period but also time for you to set up for your session and clean up after your sessions without cutting into your section renal time. Please contact us promptly if you need additional time added to your session though.

What rental options are available?

At The Photography Loft we offer something a little unique in that we offer our photographers extra rental options to help bring their session vision to life. In addition to renting out our studio space we also offer furniture prop rentals like couches, benches, armchairs and as well as floormats, fabric backdrops and more. For our newborn photographers we offer a fully stocked newborn props closet with backdrops, outfits, knits, layers, furs, flokatis, wraps, bonnets, lovies, buckets, chairs, baskets, beds and more. We also have a large client closet with designer bump friendly gowns.
