Studio Rental includes access to the full studio. Studio Room A, Studio Room B, Lounge, changing room, stylization bins, and equipment closet. We offer several features exclusively to our renters and offer a free walk through tour to view the full space and all that The Photography Loft as to offer.

We offer a variety of gorgeous gowns from designers like KH Fashion, Reclamation, Silk Fairies, Chicaboo and more. We also offer a sitters and littles client closet several outfits. Our Client Closet gowns start at $35 and go up to $65 depending on the designer.

Our Sitter and Littles Client closet is $25 per outfit. These prices do include a cleaning fee so the price you see is the price you pay.

Here at The Photography Loft we want our photographers to have the space and ability to create the vision they have for their session. We are very proud to offer two prop options to our Photographers. We offer several larger props in various styles, such as; love seats, benches, chairs, stools, step ladders, dividers, a greenhouse, mantel and more. These props start out at $45 and end at $10.

We also are very excited to offer a Newborn Photography Client Closet for our newborn photographers.
