Photography Meet and Greet Event
We are so excited to be hosting our first photography meet and greet event!
This event will be hosted Monday Oct. 6th from 9:00 to 11:00 am at The Photography Loft located at
109 Company St. Ste. 230
Wetumpka AL, 36092
This event is for new and established photographers for the opportunity to update their headshots as well as meet our incredible community of photographers!
How does a headshot swap work?
When you sign up to come to this event, you can select from a list of participating photographers that you would like to take your headshots. Keep in mind that every photographer has a different and unique style, so find one that would suit your brand! If you would like to be added to the list of photographers offering headshots you can add your name there.
Our list of participating photographers will be updated often so if you don’t see a photographer that suits your style please check in at The Photography Loft Facebook page for an updated list or text Kyla at (334)-320-9728.
If you are swapping headshots we ask that you offer at least 5 fully edited images. We are encouraging photographers to bring their camera, laptops or anything else that may help convey their style and brand!
What to I bring?
Bring your favorite boss girl blazer, dress or both, your camera, laptop, and anything else that may convey your own unique brand and style!
What will be Provided?
The photography Loft have waived all rental fees so it's completely free game as to how you want to style your own headshots! We have gorgeous natural light and vintage windows. We will have lighting equipment, triggers, soft boxes as well as reflectors and a vflat. In addition to stools, chairs and benches, we have partnered with a local carpenter to bring you a posing cube and a reversable wall with elegant crown molding.
Hello, World!
We will have 3 stations set up for headshots, one with 4 seamless backdrops to choose from, a lifestyle couch set and one with our reversible wall set. These can all be styled to your specific branding look and in fact it’s even encouraged!
We are so excited to see you all there and to finally meet so many of the talented photographers behind the camera!
